No, it and the 82-d's are ms68 all the way. They were on a bulk where 100+ coins graded ms67 and none graded ms68. They clearly didn't look for ms68's on the bulk. I cracked the coins out. Even if one doesn't think the 82-d's are ms68, they were the best of about 25 ms67's!
