STEVE HART AT BCE IS THE GREATEST!!!!

Has anyone had a problem with slow shipping from Steve Hart and BCE? I ordered on the 30th of December and it says that it's been delivered in my account on their website, but still no cards.

GO MARLINS! Home of the best fans in baseball!!
I have ordered from BBCE many times and have never had a problem.
My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

Considering the circumstances and his proven track record, I don't think it's fair to BCE.

That reminds me of when I was down near Jesup GA with my dad. I asked a guy for directions and they started like this...
Well.....ya go down thisa road for about 5 pistol shots and then....

<< <i>Well, these guys can blow smoke up your ass if they want--- but I think the only legitimate explanation is that Steve took the money you spent on late '80's junk wax, abandoned his family and is now living the vida loca in Nassau. Bummer that you got ripped off, but hey-- it's the Internet. Nothing is guaranteed. >>

Did you know Steve Hart is the godfather of my son?
Oh yeah, he's a big guy! Goes about 6'7", 385.
Well, anyway.. he shows up at the church in his golf pants, caked in mud. Well, ol' Steve Hart pushes the priest aside and says, "I'll baptize that piece of calimari!" Then he pours Scotch all over my baby son and says, "There! You're baptized!"
Did I ever tell you about the time Steve Hart sold me into slavery?
Oh, yeah! He puts me on a ship to Thailand, right? And I'm chained to a pipe. Meanwhile, ol' Hart, he's back in the States siring three beautiful children with my wife!

As a matter of fact, he was so fast in cleats that he once hit a line drive up the middle that smacked him in the head sliding into second base.
Perhaps this explains BBCE's quick shipping of unopened material.
In my experience with BBC (and I have bought way too much) he has always shipped VERY fast.
today in 1978 k-mart banned sales of steve martin's first album "let's get small" b/c they deemed the album as not "family friendly"...

You must have thought of this at the same time as I!
Great minds...
<< <i> I have never bought from Steve Hart so that's why I was a little uneasy >>
You might consider taking the word of virtually every member on here that Steve is one of the good guys. On a contentious medium where attacks can and are launched from behind the safety of a keyboard (and often an alt id) I've yet to hear one back word about him. I doubt I ever will.

I never dealt with him, so I need to rely on what you guys tell me. There are good dealers out there, but fewer ones that are also good at solving customer problems. I don't like 4 SC or DSL--no customer service. Steve Hart has a really nice inventory of stuff that I would not mind buying some stuff, but only if he is that great as many of you claim.

He will do whatever it takes to makes thing right. He has a full return policy and if you aren't 100% satisfied he will offer an exchange or a full refund. You won't find anyone else easier to deal with, especially with his inventory. I've spent thousands of dollars buying stuff off him both from his web site and on ebay and I've never had a complaint. I've had to return a couple of items over that time, and each time I either got a replacement or a full refund.

<< <i>Does Steve Hart really care about his customers? I can understand he ships fast and his products are already screened to make sure they are authentic and sealed. What if you get a wax box that has mold on it (it happened to one of our board members), was tampered with as there are sticker prices on the packs, the box is creased and heavily worn (not a collector grade condition in case one wanted to preserve the unopened box as that) and so on. Will he make good on it without hesitation?

I've bought maybe $500-600 worth of packs and boxes from him in the past 18-24 months.
-Always ships fast. From Illinois to California in about 5 days using UPS.
-Always well packed, quality products.
-I've gotten 1 or 2 wrong boxes. 87 Topps baseball instead of football. Something like that. Very quick to correct any mistakes if you just email him. If the difference is in his favor, its no hassle at all to get a credit for the difference on your next purchase.
-Overall, a top notch seller. His ebay feedback is just amazing.
I then received an email from him a day or so later to advise he had overcharged me on shipping, and he would refund me or give me a credit. I took the credit, and a month or so later placed another order. He took the credit straight off the total price and under a week later the boxes arrived Down Under. Very impressed with the service both times i've ordered.
