Need Help with some auto's!!!!!!

I am fairly new to the autographing market. I have been collecting auto's for about a year now and I have a couple of questions. I am going to get Canseco's auto next month at a local card show and I am wondering if anyone has any tips for me on purchasing a bat for him to sign? I am looking to get a bat that was made for him. If you have some ideas on where I can get a bat like this. Next question is where can I get a football that is an official one? I am also going to get Max Mcgee to auto a football. I have been mostly getting Official MLB Baseballs, jerseys, and pictures auto'd by local players. I have not yet gotten to deep into it yet but looking to build up my personal collection. I am not looking to sell any of the pieces but would like to have as many as possible to be on authentic memorabilia. Thank you for the help and looking forward to the replies.

If the signing is next month, you should be able to check out what he carries on his website (josecanseco.com). He might even set up a store at the signing for pics, batting gloves, bats, helmets, etc.......

I think you would try to find a "duke" football to have mcgee sign. here's a not nice cheap one
duke football on ebay


If you're not dead set on a football maybe have him sign one of these. It was by far his best game ever. You can usually get one of these for under $100.

Is this the type of football that they used back then? How about a throwback mini helmet?

I looked on the store and most all the stuff that he has on there is all auto'd already. I was just looking for the type and size of bat and hopefully have his name on it. Is there a company that might deal with older players like this?
