Does this 55 Bowman pack look unsearched to you?

No Paypal and No Returns. If you owned this pack and were going to sell it wouldn't you spend the extra $$ to have it graded? The final results would be huge.

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

I saw that auction, too, but I'd be very wary about the "no returns" policy (seems almost like a warning in the form of a disclaimer). The pack may or may not be resealed but it looks mildewed to me, and there's a good chance that the cards are damaged inside, I'd think. I'd stay away, personally...

I also think the fact that it is not graded sends up some red flags. I am not sure what it would go for if PSA graded it, but you would have to think it would be enough to justify sending it in if it was legit.

I'm inclined to agree with you, bunker, with one caveat: Many collectors are still not aware that PSA is grading packs (I've only seen a handful of packs come up for auction on ebay so far), and many collectors are not willing to send packs to GAI anymore because they take forever and a day to return them.

Still, as I said before, I'd pass on this pack just by the look of it and the "no returns" rule.

The seal looks consistant with my graded pack (albeit in worse condition) and the damage looks consistant with packs from the Paris, Tenn. find. But it's not a tough pack to locate, and being raw and no paypal I'd be inclined to give it a pass.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

  • this pack has clearly been opened on the back...by pulling the side open...the contents can then be slid out of the pack...searched and put back in...

The flap that is actually on the outside of the pack is SUPPOSED to be tucked underneath.

Whoever opend it...didn't even put it back together correctly!!

    Stay away!!
