Anyone want any aging veteran leadership? Get it right here in KC, at bargain prices. I said it last year and I say it now, quit with this patchwork rebuilding crap. Just tear it down, accept the fact that we will suck for 2-3 years, and rebuild. Start from scratch. Get your young core to build around and be successful for more than a year at at time.

Even LJ. Who wants him? He'll be a future TO anyways, KC might as well get what they can for him now. All he does is open his mouth and sell out his teammates/coach. He can end up in New York with his buddy Jay-Z, and they can Rocka all they want.

    lj is the best player on your team, just because he got shut down for one game don't throw him under the bus. He won you 9 games this year.

    Just because LJ is the best player doesn't mean he's good for the team, and it has nothing to do with his performance yesterday. I have never been a fan of his, he's a crybaby, everything is about him and his performance, and he's the one who is always throwing everyone else under the bus. If he played in a bigger market he would be lumped in with TO and Moss with some of his comments, but they don't get noticed as much where he is now.

    He won't re-sign with KC when his contract is up, he would rather be in a bigger market where he can get more attention, and I say get what you can for him now.

    All KC has to do is get a Herschel Walker type deal for LJ. They'd be set for years...Someone out there has to be willing to bet the future on a back like LJ
    Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?
