Most unappealing NFL head coaching job available?

The Raiders hands down, I don't think any other team even comes close.

Some poor soul will get the job of rebuilding a horrible offense and have to deal with the charming Al Davis at the same time.

It used to be the Bucs.

But since they got the different uni's(still gay), a really neat pirate ship(sunk this year) and a canon that shoots off everytime they get inside the 20 yard line (we're the Bucs, redzone "visits" are something to clelebrate, who cares if we dont score any points) who wouldnt want to coach there?

I don't think Miami's job is all that appealing either. Saban did nothing to help that team, they got older on defense, and have questions at QB. Whoever takes that job has a rebuilding process ahead of him.

And we mustn't forget another reason to coach there...being able to coach the greatest RB in the game today according to a Mr. Stalin in the name of Cadillac Williams.

Williams scored one touchdown for the whole season, count 'em ONE, but oh my what a touchdown that must of been. Probably according to Stalin, that touchdown ball should be the centerpiece at the Hall of Fame in Canton.

I agree, has to be the Raiders. The defense is decent but where to start on offense. It would take 3 drafts to get them scoring a touchdown per game.
