will a die crack on morgan cc add value?

I have a 1881-cc morgan in the OGP with a die crack running running along the top of the reverse from the T in states to the O in of
It was graded by NGC MS66 but no mention of the crack on the label.

No added value, cracks are very common. Has to be a die break to get attention.

at 60x it seems the crack is filled which would make it a break?

Jamakin: If your coin were an 1890-CC that had a die gouge like this tailbar variety then it would add significant value...

Legend cracks are common on Morgans. There are no premium bearing varieties (right now) for 1881-CC. Cool though to have an NGC 66, in a presumably a strapped GSA holder. The plastic itself has wipe scratches, but that hardly matters much.
