PCGS Registry coin number problem

Hi all, I have a situation and I hope someone here can help me out. I have just purchased an 1890-S Morgan on Teletrade and the cert. number clearly reads 7202.64/08849964. When I try to enter the cert. number into my Registry set,it says Bad Cert. Number. Anyone know why that is, or what I can do to make this coin admissable to the set? Thanks, Andy

You should enter 08849964 ONLY. Good luck. Steve

Welcome to the boards Andy. I tried your 08849964 number in the cert verification and it does come up as not valid. I double checked your number with the Teletrade results and your number is correct. I'd drop the set registry folks an email at setregistry@pcgs.com and advise them of the situation. I'll bet they can get it corrected or at least point you in the right direction. Good Luck, CCG

Thanks for the welcome and thanks for the info CCGold, they took care of the problem and I now officially own an 1890-S Morgan
