Ebay shipping from Canada?

Is it worth taking the insurance on a card from Canada to the U.S.? I've heard that basically insurance outside the U.S. is null and void and basically useless....

it's useless, they won't even do a delivery confirmation either.

Thats what I thought....should have looked at auction closer. After I won noticed they dont take paypal and he's in Canada. Was happy wiht the card though. T206 PSA 3 common Cycle back 350 for $39.
