This article makes it sound like he had some sort of arsenal in his house.

Sure glad I live in a free state. I bought each of my kids 550 rounds of ammo for Christmas. You would not find an unloaded gun in my house. (except for the one I just bought my kids as we have not shot it yet)

    That is a small amount of ammo......I have that just for the M-4 not to mention the 12 guage pump...........

    I dont think 500 rounds of ammo is much either. It only takes 1 round to kill someone. All on what you are using that ammo for.
