The college bowl season drags on and on.....

Am I the only one who didn't know that the Orange Bowl was on last night? Remember when nearly all the college bowl games were on
New Years day? Sponsors started complaining when one bowl went up against another in the same time period so they give them their
own showcase these days. The Sugar bowl is on tonight, something called the "International Bowl" played in Toronto on Saturday
and the GMAC on Sunday night and of course the much hyped "National Championship" on Jan. 8.
Draging out all these bowl games over so many days just delutes my interest, they don't seem special (some of them never did anyway)
but now even less so.

if that doesn't turn you on you have the gmac bowl played late this season on sunday night after the nfl playoffs. ohio u will take on southern miss. with your icon you won't want to miss that one.
<< <i>does this mean you are not waiting to watch the international bowl from toronto on saturday (western michigan/cincinnati)? this will be the first bowl outside of the us since they played one in havana in the 1930's.

After all of the NFL playoffs on TV this weekend I'm not going to be bothering with any college football.
While I love the game in general that is enough for one weekend.
