Here's my "assorted modern junk" submission.

No big surprises, but a few more 10s than I expected. Guess it was worth the wait. Not sure what happened with the Kobe (#48)...

I'll post scans when I get them.

    BigRed,

I'm pretty happy with the grades... A couple seem a little low....

The Oswalt Bowman 8, I thought was a 9, minimum, but everything else looks good to me. The Fitzgerald as well.

A lot of 9's and a few 10's, so I can't really complain. And I thought the few 70's basketball I sent in did well.

Even though the Favre is a "cheap" card, it's very susceptible to chipping, so I'm very happy with the 9. Same with the Kobe Upper Deck 10.

Almost all of these cards I pulled from packs, so I think that these grades are good, that the cards have "held up."

I still want to see and measure the Kobe, as I pulled that out of a pack when it came out, so.....

I would say it was worth the wait. Maybe they were easy on me, because I had to wait so long.

Are you kidding? That was a speedy turnaround! Still waiting since 11/16.

    Great grades and congratulations.

On the Kobe not holdered - please report back.

I don't think there's a measurement problem as such but rather a "cut" problem - you may have missed a slight diamond cut that prevents the card from being placed in the holder. Other MC's are just too easy to spot - like when part of another card is evident.

As promised, here are the scans from my modern submission, in case anyone wanted to see them.

Looking at all of the cards, I think my favorite is that $2 Brett Favre. It may be crap, but Pro Set made (about 6 billion) nice cards.

I don't know where my scan of the David Wright 10 and the St. Louis Spirits 8 went....hmmmm....

I also included the Kobe..... I matched it up with a "pack-fresh" card, and didn't see anything really out of whack... I may just resubmit it down the road.
