ramdomly inserted into hobby packs only at the rate of one in 24. this 15 cards hobby exclusive set features color photo of THREE outstanding teammates printed on die cut cards that combine to form one triumvirate. A parallel illuminscent set was also produced with an insertion rate of one in 96 packs. An illuminator version of the set was seeded at the rate of 1:192 packs
From what the Beckett Plus sez, the Luminous are 1:48 retail packs, the Luminescent are 1:192 retail packs, and the Illuminators are 1:384 retail packs. I guess they could have been released in both hobby and retail, but I understood Beckett's listing as implying a retail-exclusive insert (the Hobby packs had stupid Co-Signers cards instead... poor Hobby packs ).
Kobe Who? At least Dwyane pays proper respect to Da Big Aristotle
This stuff is confusing! They "all" look different to me.
Here's one I found - I must have pulled it in some packs I bought - I didn't do the set - so I must have a handful of the cards somewhere?
Only thing I know for sure:
1. Retail only. 2. Total of 54 players - in 2 series. 3. There are three different versions: a. Luminous. b. Luminescent. c. Illuminator. 4. It appears that PSA has the flips wrong?
If the McGwire and Arod are Luminous - how come the McGwire's name isn't on the front?
My Ripken looks similar to the McGwire and the Arod except - the Ripken has silver lettering vs. gold for McGwire - that could be an American vs. National League thing?

Yes, I collect shiny modern crap
All your Shaq are belong to me
I just want to be able to get the flips right as PSA seems to be as confused with this issue as I am.
OK, here are a few scans -- all of these cards are not the same .... Which is which???
OK, I'm sucked in!

Good luck on this one!
If any of you have any of these I'm sure they can find a home here.
