I picked up this piece today. It is a solid XF, but check out the heavy HEAVY doubling on the neck of Liberty. Any ideas on what this could be? Overton?

Nice coin,looks like O-105.R2. Stars 8 and 13(the end stars on the right),are close to the cap and curl,and the
stars are drawn to the edge.Rev ITE in United are joined at the top and ED are joined at the bottom.

What you have is a nice example of a double profile. These are not uncommon in 1825's. Here is an example in a 26.
Some coins are just plain "Interesting"
