I don't think there's any question that he can still perform as a high level. The question is, does he want to invest the time and effort (off-season workouts, practices, road trips, etc.) that is necessary for him to keep playing. As he said last night, playing on Sunday is the easy part.

After watching him being interviewed after the game, I think he knows he's played his last game. I'd be very surprised if he decides to come back.

Favre retires like I quit smoking. It took several attempts before it became a reality. He is still one of the best. I voted he plays as long as he wants or someone wants him.
