Goals for 2007--Sets Where I Need Seven or Fewer Cards

While 2006 was a great year for me in completing sets in PSA 8 or better(22 completed bringing the total to 55), I have a large number of sets(28 in total) that are within 7 cards of completion in PSA 8 or betterr. Although I will buy any card in any set I am working on in PSA 8 or better, I am particularly interested in completing sets and have set a target of 70 this year. Thus, help me complete a set or find any of the cards listed below(except on ebay) and you will win a prize.

    My goal is finishing my 72 topps Baseball in PSa 8 or better and 72 topps hockey in Psa 9 or better,that's about it.

    1933 goudey raw/graded-- just need the big guns ( babe-4; gehrig-2; foxx-2, lajoie) but all out of price range.....

    My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009.     hey Jim, you missed 1 , 67 red sox stickers with 3 cards smith, yaz for mayor and tony c is my hero, if you found the other 2 , the yaz should come up, the smith is a bugger, I am sure we could work something out for my tony c.

    good luck to everyone this year on meeting your goals , I would like to upgrade my 65 james bond set this year and probably start a 66 bond set as well. happy new year to everyone .

    You are correct--I overlooked that little gem.

    I would love to buy the Tony C from you and the other two as well for that matter.

    I'd like to thank Jim for this thread.

    I was doing a little searching for some of the cards on his list, and ran across a dealer who priced one pre-war PSA 6 HOFer at the SMR price for a common PSA 6 from that set (coincidentally, the PSA 4 SMR price for that player).

    Needless to say, I ordered it.
