Otherwise, how could they have 'before' and 'after' photos?

Same coin, just crappy images. It is not a conserved coin, nor are the images "before and after" pics. Although, if that is a PCGS PF-66 CAM, then they need to work on imaging. It is probably a really nice coin, but you would have to see it "in hand" to be sure.
