Forget to write down your sub number for reference ?

I sent in my free subs for some player and team sets this week and forgot to write down the submission numbers from the forms. Is there any way to retrieve the info from PSA so I can check when my grades pop or will I just have to suck it up and wait for my cards to be sent back to me ?

I have. When your cards get entered into the system they will send you an email that will include the submission number.

hope the sub doesnt get lost in the mail, then you have no proof of what you sent...ouch

I have done that a few times.

Just call them, give them your customer number and they will give you the sub number

Yeah Brian, give it a few days and you can call.

After all, you can't check your sub 50 times a day without it.
