Question about grading

I wanted to grade some oddball stuff for a player registry. They are listed in the population report, but I know they have stopped grading a few cards. I need to ask if PSA will grade the following cards, sorry for the log list:

1970 Topps Booklets
1976 Sportstix
1976 LINNETT SUPERSTARS
1981 Perma All Star Credit Cards
1987 Ralston Purina
1987 General Mills Booklets
1986 True Value Base Set
1986 Quaker Granola
1986 Donruss Pop-Ups
1986 Topps Tattoos
1986 Meadow Gold
1986 General Mills Booklets
1985 General Mills Stickers
1985 Fun Food Buttons
1984 Ralston Purina
1984 Nestle

Any help would be GREAT, since Psa has decided NOT to post a list of the cards that they will grade. I have sent e-mails asking, but never get a straight answer.

I don't know about all those cards, but I do know for a fact that they won't grade the 84 Ralston Purinas or the 84 Nestle cards. I sent in a sub last month and those cards were returned to me with this note: "REFUND DO NOT GRADE NOHOLDER". I assume that the other years for the Ralstons and Nestles would also not be holdered.

They will grade the Meadow Gold cards though.
