Question about my first submission...

I am about to send my first sub into PSA, and Ive havent seen this addressed anywhere yet. What forms do I include in the box? Do I keep 1 copy, send just 1 copy (of the carbon forms I got in my welcome package)? What color do I send? etc.... And what about a 100 card sub that Im printing off the website, 1 copy, more?

You keep the yellow form and send the rest in.

Thanks a lot. What about when I print forms off the website? Do i need to make a lot of copies and include them in the box? Im sending in 2 subs in the same box, my 12 free voucher and 100 under the December special. The 12 free I'm using the carbon forms, but the 100 Im making the forms from a web link.

printed forms from online you send in one copy. they make as many as they need. make one for yourself though.
