US vs Canada Chess Match 1976

As one of a hundred Canadian players in a friendly match to mark the 200th ann of US independence , I recieved a coin or medal as a gift from the US team (supposedly from President Ford). I long ago misplaced it. Does anyone know what we were given?T his is not a quiz as I don't know the answer.
