Victor D. Brenner designed this cent which was issued to commemorate the hundredth anniversary of Lincoln's birth. The designer's initials VDB appear on the reverse of a limited quantity of cents of 1909.
The Lincoln type was the first cent to have the motto IN GOD WE TRUST.

Hey...in your PM, the one with all the fun words to me (I am probably the only special one to get those ), you said you wanted "us to both ignore each other"...is this your way of doing it? Just having to get the last shot in?

Goose....I have commented to Bear on his before and just gave up. Difference is that Bear is just talk talk talk whereas Saintguru likes to post poor taste pictures and get into arguments where he should have known that he was in the wrong (starting a thread as OT and saying "so what"....posting the pic he did, etc). There was a place for that here, it is gone. What is so hard about having a COIN FORUM and COIN FORUM DISCUSSIONS....in a coin forum?

That's what I don't get....why do certain people have such a difficult time comprehending?
