81 Topps Football

I was putting my 81 Football set in pages today I had almost two complete sets to choose from, I chose the best from both sets and made one outstanding raw set.(except for the montana which is oc).
Anyway I found three cards that I couldnt bring myself to put in the set, They just sorta stopped me in my tracks while I was loading them in pages.
I stopped grabbed my loupe and checked them, They are as perfect as an 81 can be, So they will be going to PSA soon. I thought I would share them with you guys..................

How come Topps used a microphone in the design by the team name???

That is not a microphone it is a pennant

Yeah, it's the knob on the top of the flagpole. The team's name is spelled out on the pennant.

Within the limitations of Topps football cards of the time, that's a very cool set. A nice, clean, attractive design.
