Lamination error 55 S??

morgansforevermorgansforever Posts: 8,465 ✭✭✭✭✭
I found this Wheat in original rolls of 55S's, is this a lamination problem? All the other Wheats are blast red. Sorry for the horrible pic, just can't seem to photograph cents. I found one out of the 15 rolls.

I see the "blob 5", but not any lamination.

What area should we be looking at?

Hello Fred, the coin is brown in color, not red like all the others. Thought maybe it was a lamination issue.

    <<circulated cents are brown, so>>

So it's just a circ that made it into an unc. roll?

It certainly looks circ to me.

If you found it in a roll with
49 other orig. BU coins, I'd
guess that at some point in
    the past, someone took out
the nicest coin in the roll, and
    put this one back in.
