2006 W Fractional MS Gold Eagle Special Labeling

Does anyone know if there are first strike or anniversary labeling for the fractional 2006 W MS gold eagles?

Can you send in less than 5 of these at a time for grading?

What is the service level for these? Modern? What?

Help is appreciated.

I just sent some in yesterday to PCGS. They never mentioned this when I asked them about the FS designation, which they won't be doing. I am quessing that these are automatically placed on the label with no charge.

I think you can send in express for $50. There is no minimum, but you can send in as modern(value of $300 or less) for $14 per coin as long as its only the tenth and quarter ounce with a minimum of 5. The 1/2 and 1 ounce has to go as regular because the value is above $300 with a minimum of five coins.
