WTB Coins with angels on them, non gold, such as this type

I am looking for coins with angels on them, like this one,

no gold ones silver is ok and clad,copper etc will do, Also I do not want to get any real expensive ones ,just some that will look nice with my Papal State coins ,Any help is appreciated. Thanks,MoJo

You might find exactly what you're looking for if you search in Medals rather than coins.

The Vatican 200 Lire coin from 1997 has an angel on it. I sell it as part of a five coin year set, but don't have it as an individual coin. I will be posting it on my website before too long, when I start putting up the Vatican material. Gibraltar has a series of Cherub coins, but I guess those are angels that haven't grown up If you go to my website and type "angel" in the search field, you can see several of them, including the Macedonia Angel Banknote. To my knowledge, it is the only current banknote that depicts an angel.

What a great collection theme.

A quick check of ebay shows coins from Andorra, Marshall Islands (1996 and 1997), Mexico, Ukraine and 4 of the years from Gibraltar (1998, 1999, 2001 and 2003) which Danglen refered to.

Too bad about the gold (I understand completely). There all quite a few of them. Of course they are rather expensive.

This should be a lot of fun to put together.

You can start a list as I did (see my sig. line). I put it on the test forum.
