PSA Mechanical Errors - seems to be getting worse??!!

Is others having problems getting more and more Mechanical Errors back from PSA??
There seems to be a lot of them in recent months.

I just got back 50 Salada Coins Football and 4 of them are wrong!! That is almost 10%
And the worse thing about it, is that is big money items.
One of them is a PSA Mint 9 Dick Lane (1962 Salada Coins)

Yes, I know they will fix for free, but you have to take the time to send them back and wait weeks to get them back, tying up a lot of money. It already takes up to 2 months to get submissions back, and this just adds to the frustration.

    Yes there seems to be a small issue there. I had 4 items out of 12 on my previos order that needed correcting and the order that I just got back there was 2 out of 50 , including "1" authentic on a common but oddball item. When I called , Gayle was very helpfull. I made it to Shane who put me on hold, spoke with someone, got back on and apologized,Wasn't sure why it wasn't graded. I will mail all them in next order, OH JOY!
    All in all I'm generally please with the service thus far with PSA. PCGS; well..........

    By the way, I just checked your store. You do have some neat items there. There are times in life, I sorta wished I had more money or less boys(5 ). There were numerous items in your store, I'll simply have to admire from afar. Thanks Calaban7

    Well this one takes the cake. Almost topping the 1997 Inscriptions Auto Marino that I had that came back as Elway.

    I submitted a 2005 Topps Turkey Cabinet Favre card with a supersize order. Well they said that it had to be under the super express level, so I agreed to the $50 fee. Well I get it back and its now a 2006 Topps Turkey Cabinet Favre. It clearly said 2005 on my submission form.

    "Mechanical Errors" is a a lovely euphemism for poor customer service. Thank god none of the untrained chimps that they have working in the labeling dept. never worked for a pharmacy or in a hospital.
