Need ID help on a Ray Nitschke sticker please

I don't remember what the heck this is, anybody have any ideas? It's about 2" wide and 3" high. Thanks in advance!

Amazing how the players back then who were in their 30's, looked SO much older than the fresh-faced kids playing today, 'specially Ray and Bart.
