Turkey Cabinets and last supersize special

So back 2 months ago there was a supersize special. I submitted a 2005 Topps Turkey Cabinet with other super size cards. I got a call saying that the Cabinet had to be submitted under the Super Express level. I am not sure why as the at least one of the other cards that was in the order was placed in the same exact holder. I could see if these were T3 Cabinets but it wasnt. Anyone else have the same issue?

    When PSA announced the new holder I emailed the pricing question to CS and was originally told the same thing. It didn't make financial sense to send a $2 card to be graded for $50. They later clarified it to say that newer stuff(I don't remember exactly) would be $15 in the same holder. I would call CS and ask.

    Thanks I will call on Tuesday, as I am sure they are closed tomorrow and monday for sure.
