Anybody else experiencing delays on orders getting logged?

I know PSA is backed up with the special's and with the holiday's that doesn't help but cards recieved Dec 11 and still not logged in? I called and found out they decided to break my order into 2. Saves me about 35.00 dollars because some cards did fall into the 6.00 dollar special. The others are under the 13.00 dollar 5 day turnaround. If cards are not logged in then time doesn't start !!!
Thoughts on this ?? Anybody else waiting a long time before getting logged in ??
