This is a 80/79 high. The obverse is semi-prooflike and the reverse is prooflike. Libertys face is peppered with many frostbreaks It is one of those coins that looks 65 if you turn it one way and 63 head on. Has a sharp strike. A lot don't for this year.
I think it will go 63 no problem. The reverse is really nice. It has a lovely crescent toned brown/ gold.The toning looks much better in hand that the pictures show. There is something on the star which I cannot be for sure, but it looks like die grease. Any questions , or more pictures just ask. 625.00 delivered
