She has whiskers!

I cracked her out of a Coin Vault slab graded as MS-65. Can someone tell me what caused this? I'd appreciate any knowledge here. As u can tell, I'm a newb at collecting

I didn't know that Coin Vault had its own grading service.

Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

  • At the top of the slab are the letters "INS" with coin vault in red LETTERS. MY BADimage Maybe the company is INS

Probably just regular contact marks from other coins.... or hormonal treatments.... image

Not at all what one would expect to see on an MS65 coin. image
    When in doubt, don't.
  • I appreciate the input. Don't believe she's a 65, but what do I know? Other than looking like ZZ TOP, she's a babe with a nice caboose, uhhh Reverse. I'll put her in the book. Thanks againimage

INS-Stands for International Numismatic Society. Don't know much about them other than they were around till about 1992.
