Nice submission. Excellent percentage of 10's. The Diamond Kings in a 10 are great. Lansford in a 10 and Swan in a 9 are tough. Great job.

Damn ... I just checked my oldest sub. Still waiting on grades from 11/15. I agree with Yankeeno that a bunch of 10's would be worth the wait. I continue to have no idea how they decide which order to grade the specials orders. I understand that specials are not guaranteed and orders with specific service levels get priority but the rest boggles me. My other 4 subs are in various states of transit, logged, or logged but not fully entered (that one is 12/19). I'm just so damn curious.

i bought the vast majority from bbckid (pre-fire) 2 summers ago. he was selling boxes for $130 and 10% over $500 made for sweet bargains for me.

i honestly went strictly by pop report for these cards, they are mainly low pop cards. i have a ton more i could submit, but don't want to waste money on cards that at psa 10 will only fetch $5.

arnold is "master killer" of '84 donruss, fortunately for me, he has been truly helpful and informative. he has cracked the matrix for '84 donruss and is now moved on to a higher domain.... image

Was this part of the special? If so, how were you able to group the 69's in with the 84's? Thought it was a 25 card min for each special.

    It's 29 cards

    Nice grades.

I recently (12/20/06) had 31/85 1993 Refractors graded PSA 10. It is a good feeling!

I understand that and I probably didn't ask my question clearly enough. In Julen's sub there are 6 1969 Topps and 23 1984 Donruss. The way it was explained to me by a fellow board member was that, in this case, the '69's fall under the 1948-1971 special and the Donruss under the 1972 to Present special. I was told these are two SEPARATE specials and you had to had 25 cards from EACH special to get the special pricing. According to this sub, the information I was given was incorrect, right?

The reason I ask is that I have about 10 pre-1972 cards and about 30 post-1972 that I'd like to submit but I thought I had to have 25 of each to be able to submit under the current special. Can I submit them all at once?

    Thanks in advance,
    Mike

We wait together image . I do have big hopes for the Citgo Killebrew, which to my totally untrained-eye-for-coins looked mint (or 'about uncirculated', or whatever the term is).
