I need to buy one 1999 Silver Proof Set, as came from the US Mint. I do need to original box and COA to be included. The box can not be beat up or have tears in it. Please PM me your price. I'll accept the best price I get. BTW, searching eBay closed auctions, I see that the "average" price of these is now selling from between $315-$330, which includes shipping and insurance. Can anyone beat that?
