1st PCGS Submission Question

I have the 20th anniversary ASE set and 2 of the 2006 1/2 Gold Eagle's. A few asnwers from the experience on the board would be appreciated.

1. Can I send these to PCGS in the original ship boxes from the mint?
2. Will these 5 coins count as the 5 coin minimum for Moderns?

Thank You

I just got off the phone with PCGS.

The gentleman said that the 5 coin minimum is a "recomended" submission.

I sent just one Gold Reverse Proof in a few weeks ago with no problem.

Actually one problem...it was graded PR69....RATS!

That's news to me. I always thought if you only wanted one coin graded, you had to shell out $50 for Express.

I got my One(1) AGE RP back today and only paid S&H.....PCGS 'Specially' graded 1 Reverse Proof this last quarter for free!!!

No one from PCGS called or emailed a nasty-gram for sending a one coin submission.
