Alternative to the CU Q&A: post your question here

PCGS forum members are resourceful and knowledgeable. Since the PCGS execs are not supporting the Q&A Forum, perhaps forumites could pose their questions in this forum and others can answer. If it works out, we could make it a regular forum feature.
I'll go first.
Question: Will PCGS holder coins from the Stack's ANS sale with the "ANS" pedigree? Will PCGS also include the original donor (ie. Peyton, Fecht, Norweb) on the insert?

Does PCGS still offer the TrueView service? If so, are there any plans to stop this service in the near future? I've been specifically told by a PCGS Customer Service Rep. that the TrueView service has been discontinued and is no longer available. This conficts with what I've heard on the forums. I asked this question in the Q&A forum but it was not answered. I'd just like some final clarification.
That's an easy one.
From CoinKing's mouth (or keyboard):
The PCGS TrueView service still exists, but we are no longer promoting it. We love the service and the quality of Phil's work, but it really lends itself more to custom jobs than to a regular service.
The ANS designation is a no-brainer. As for the original donor, if it's not a well known name like Norweb, it may take some finesse.

In other words, the salary has been discontinued, not the service.

Thanks, Andy.
Follow-up question:
When you say "finesse", what will be required? Lots of nagging of the PCGS CS department? A direct order by El Presidente? A note written by Laura Sperber in Mark Feld's blood? Please elaborate.
Edit: Andy, you seem to be better at this than those that are supposed to be doing it. I say they double your salary! No, TRIPLE!

Does this mean it's only available for fancy shmancy collections/submissions or can the plain jane submitter still get a TrueView pic of one coin?

It means you either have to know the secret handshake or know someone who does. NEXT!

Figures.
why doesn't the 1970-s doubled die Lincoln cent...(required for the registry, as is the 69-s and the 71) appear in the population report?
it used to!

I know....no friggin' idea!...right?
CLW for MBT: Like when will PCGS offer a meaningful authenticity guarantee?
Answer: Never. Duh.
Next question.

Answer:
Mechanical error. I'll get right on that.
Next!
(Hey, this is pretty easy
What percent of PCGS" (not CU) revenues in the last quarter are from grading 2006 year bullion products? Do you see this revenue source continuing in 2007?

I beg to differ kind sir

Sorry, but due to legal restrictions I cannot comment on specific aspects of our financials.
Russ, NCNE
I would suggest negotiating with El Presidente before submitting the coin. Suggest the designation of "ANS Joe Blow Bequest" or "ANS Joe Blow Donation", and make sure your requested language will fit on one line of the label. It helps when they don't have to figure that stuff out for themselves.

<< <i>Is the 2006 MS 20th Ann coin satin finish if it say's on the C.O.A and if so why is it not on the lable, Thank you in advance >>
Sorry, I needed to consult a modern expert. Since the 20th anniversary MS coin is known to be satin finish, saying so on the insert would be redundant and would confuse collectors with the non-burnished satin finish.
You are welcome™.

Lee,
I apologize for that. It was a mistake. Please send the coin back, and we will replace it with one of the same grade without TrueView imaging.
