Can anyone help with the following.....

1) Is Cu Membership for ONE YEAR from the date of issuance....say mine is 1/10/06...am I good thru 1/10/07?

2) Why is the online submission form showing good unitl 12/31/06???? I thought new pricing is effective 1/7/07?

Just a WAG on the form date but the forms will change come 1/1/07 to reflect the new $5.00 per order surcharge.
