I know we have been over this before but I am not sure we got to the end.
Does 84.6% complet count as 85% and qualify you for an award?

Wanted: Bell Brands FB and BB, Chiefs regionals especially those ugly milk cards, Coke caps, Topps and Fleer inserts and test issues from the 60's. 1981 FB Rack pack w/ Jan Stenerud on top.

    it should, but they say "In addition, the collector with the finest current set in each category with at a least 85% completion" so it might be necessary to add another card or two.
