How do you change the size of picture files...

so you can add pictures to the registry? It is easier to set up the scanner or just scan to my computer then change? Any help would be appreciated.

I personally scan and then edit.

I change the resolution setting when scanning to 100, that makes the file size uploadable ahead of time and you only have to scan once and use.
