1921 STEEL MORGAN

Must have been a special war issue coin, eh? Weren't we at war with Canada in 1921? Silver plated and harshly cleaned. Rust was bubbling the plating behind Liberty's head and I removed a piece creating the dark spot.
I found this in my local coin dealer's '21 pile. He had missed it and had bought it as real. He gave it to me for Christmas, the cheap so and so...

I should be, you're right. Unfortunately, work and my lady friend have different plans for me...

In the sense that the Chinese crap uses that reverse design (D reverse ONLY used on 1921 issues) on their fakes of dates other than 1921, that is right. Have to say that it is an excellent copy of a real 1921 Morgan compared to most other fakes. I guess that is easy with the method of its manufacture.
