Selling SAE 20th ANN Mint sealed sets question

I see all the 3 coin SAE sets in mint sealed boxes up on EBAY. Question is, how secure do you feel selling these sealed mint boxes with your name and address on the outside and inside the box on the return form? Seems to me it could be a liability............Rick

Id be interested to hear this too. when my unc plat 4-coin comes in, im going to sell it unopened, but I might slit open the box and try to remove the receipt.

then again, it's not exactly "unopened" at that point... then again, the "unopened" point is to have something guaranteed not picked over by someone who would reconstitute a set.

no way could someone mess with the coins in a set who's box only had a lateral cut in the box !

Why don't you ask them to just mail the receipt from the mint back to you in an envelope..??..only $.39 cents..!!

Because they can very easily write your name down...

Even without the receipt in the box they will or can find your name and address very easily. Check, money order, paypal, shipping label, etc...
