Is anyone else getting invoices from Stacks even after they have been paid?

I always pay right after the auction and they send an invoice 5 days after it ends stating" **please note:we are holding the above lots awaiting your remittance. Thank you" . Very irritating to have to call the CC company to make sure they correctly charged and then to have to call Stacksimage OK, thats my rant for the dayimage-----------BigE

Heritage does the same thing. I pay immediately online, and I always get an invoice in the mail a few days later.

It would be nice for a change to get a letter to the effect "Thanks for your prompt payment for the above items, they will be shipped shortly" instead of another bill. I often wonder if they get paid twice by some people----------BigE

I got an invoice and i did not even bid on anything !! lot #720 An 8 Reales 1880 Ho Ja hammer $450.00--total $524.70??????????????--There is no way i would bid an amount like that for a coin like that.. This is not my bid.
I think there is quite a lot of confusion since the merger. i have emailed them just a few minutes ago concerning this. Is it possible for someone else to use my bid #? ????????????? imageimage

You are paying too early; confuses the company. Deliveries from Stacks comes late anyway.

I wonder if you go to their store in NYC the day after the sale and personally pay in cash and get a receipt, if that would work image
