Wrong PSA Flips

Boring day at work so heres some PSA flips that are wrong. Sad thing is the $1 card is in a $20-$300 flip.

Errors happen unfortunately...my experiences have been with the STEEL versus STEELE versions of 1984 Donruss....they seem to make too, too many mistakes putting the wrong title on the cards....I've got two sitting on my desk right now that need to be reslabbed with the correct designation.

  • Yep donavan those ripken flips make me mad. I know there are only 7 of the scribbles in 10 but the pop report shows 11 Ive tracked 4 of those with the wrong flip. And I have had 5 of the 7 real 10's and each time now the price has gone down because of the pop keeps growing. when the pop was 7 i easily got 150-200 for a 10 now the last one 2 guys keep emailing me that the pop shows 11 how about 50 bucks
and psa wont correct the pop unless the cards are sent back to correct the flip. That really sucks
  • What's wrong with the McGwire flip?

I don't think anything is wrong with it. The seller just scanned the 2 cards together (notice the eBay hosting watermark in the corner).

    Who is Rober Maris?
  • Yeah Mcgwires fine. I just stole the pic from auction.

The pop report bothers me too. Not too many want to send them in to get fixed. Probally some poor kid has one in his collection that his Dad paid 10X too much for. I have a few other pics of more FF versions labeled wrong. Not saying their the only company to screw it up also.
