2002 Gibraltar Gold 1/2 Crown (Golden Jubilee) Question.

If someone would be so kind as to reference this in the KM for mintage,and price guide. It's PF 69 UCAM NGC. Looks like it has jewels inbeded in reverse. Came in a red case with a raw silver 1 Crown,same obverse and reverse as the gold but no jewels.
