Economy grades in 31 days! (VAMs)

Thank you PCGS for the fast turnaround time!
I was really hoping these would be done before Christmas. All coins submitted raw. Last 5 on invoice were DNCs when tried as crossovers.

When in doubt, don't.

A 14.15! Is the die crack visible?

Nice set of coins. I see your wide reeds all worked out fine!
Out of curiosity, how often do your BB's make it through on another trip? I've had a couple BBs make it on a second try as well as a couple DNCs that I tried again.

Just a guess here; I've never stopped to take inventory and figure that out. I'd say about 20% of them make it on a second try as a crossover. If I crack them out it's maybe double that.
The best thing about the wide reeds is they were just $22 each.
I have a number of submissions in the pipeline. One is a CLUB voucher one of crossovers (VAMs -- mainly DMPLS, if that isn't scary). I thought they generally did those ones fast so perhaps soon. However, my PCGS slabs for just variety attribution, submitted at the same time, haven't shown up yet. Someone clogging the Mike Faraone pipeline? (.....besides me?)

<< <i>What does BB mean? >>
Body Bag --> a coin returned ungraded because of a problem like cleaning -- usually in a flip with an explanation tag.

Well that's the grading game isn't it? One expert's opinion doesn't match another. However, there's also the perception that inferior coins go into SEGS, PCI, ACG and NTC holders. So, it must be a problem coin of some sort and PCGS tends to body-bag those.
Cracking it out avoids that bias, and the grader gets a better look at the coin surface as well.

Yes, the crack is most certainly there!
