Express Submission Question

The turnaround time for an express sub is 5 days. My sub was put as received on 12/15/06 (Last Friday) Since I didn't receive grades on that sub today, am I entitled to a voucher? Has this happened to anyone before?

I believe it is 5 business days and the day it was entered in does not count. Tomorrow should be the day.
