Would This Be a Slab Candidate? (1935 Mercury Dime)

Hi, Everyone.
I was looking at my raw Mercs, and I came across this one. It looks like full bands, and it looks to me (from looking at the PCGS price list) that it would be worth a slab, in case I ever wanted to sell. What do you think?

Edited to Add: The white mark on the obverse is on the 2x2, not the coin.

If you haven't noticed, I'm single and miserable and I've got four albums of bitching about it that I would offer as proof.

As long as that stuff on the neck in on the holder and not the coin.
My sig line coin is only a 64 for the same reason, slide marks.
Cheers.

<< <i>I would check the dime very very closely for slide marks on the cheek. Tilt the coin in many directions to check. If it has any the coin will only go 64 at pcgs. Also what is that right below the middle band ? If it only will make 64 or 65 I would save the money and look for a nicer example.

Thanks for the advice, Ken.
I don't see any marks on the cheek, but the hit below the center band concerns me. That might be a limiting factor, couldn't it?
Edited to Add: The upper parts of "LI" in "Liberty" are also not fully struck, so I don't think 66FB is in the cards.

<< <i>If it is a single small hit below the bands it probably would not limit the grade. It looks to be a series of hits from the picture. One other thing. Check the rim closely. I see something but from the pictures it looks like a little tone. Graders do check the rims and collectors often overlook it. PCGS has a history of being tough on these little babies.
Cheers.

I'll check the rim. There looks to be one big hit below the bands, which crosses 3 of the sticks.
