How long's a guy have to wait on a redemption???

Autographs in house, cards in production process, expect some delays until completion.
15 months seems like a long time. I'm actually on hold now waiting to talk to a UD person about exchanging it. I'm sure I'll be disappointed in their options.
Sad part is, a couple months after I pulled this, Heath Miller and the Steelers were one hot commodity. This was going for $60-$70. Probably worth $10 now, and that'll be what they get me to exchange it for.
Paying $100+ for a box and getting a redemption card is really pathetic.
Anyone had any luck with an exchange?? I don't own a beckett, don't know what this card is worth anymore, and don't know what they'll try to send me in exchange.

I live in Southeast Indiana, and I only like the Colts, Pacers, and Reds. So those are the autos I would want in exchange.
The guy told me that they do exchanges but can't just give out Griffey Jr. or Manning autos because that's what everyone would want. I said that does me a lot of good since those are the guys on my team!!!
Thanks for the advice Mike. I got him to give me the $60 for trade, which is what the Miller was at the high price I remember. He went on to say that there are some cards I may want at that price, or that the Miller card (all 05 spx's) had a major problem but were close to being done.
I'm suppose to get an auto of Manning, Addai, Harrison, Reggie Miller, or Griffey Jr if they can make that work, or I'll be getting the Heath Miller if that doesn't work. We'll see. I'll show you all what I get in 6 or 8 weeks.
