A way to merge $1 and gold set indivually?

Is there a way to separate while keeping my proof comm set intact? I want to put my $1 proof set into the category of $1 comms and do the same for the halves and the gold set. Is there a way to do it easy or do I have to add them separately? I already have them in the 1982 proof section but don’t want to take the time to add them into each individual category.
