Hey Greg.....I only have a handful of Bust Halves and Walkers in my collection....This is the only one that I have a picture of here at work.
Any original Bust halve is a keeper to me. They have lots of character. Try avoiding this one that I have, with the rim nicks and all . I still like it though and its the 1st one I ever purchased at a show!
Good luck and happy holidays! Len

If you are looking for just one Walker, I would try and find one in MS66 with some eye appealing toning. For me, I'm currently working on my type set, so the coins need to match.
Here's the Walker from my Dansco 7070 set. This one had the perfect "matched" look.

This is my first and only CBH. The coin has been dipped (
For the most part, just look for something that you can afford and makes your heart skip a beat.
<< <i>Nice! Any idea when it was dipped? Looks to be winning the battle rather well. I like it. >>
No, I do not know when it was dipped. When the coin is tilted in direct light, the evidence of a dip shows.
Thank you for the kind words.
